Nothing positive. The owner was afraid he wouldn’t get paid even though I had already booked and paid from my account; he only wanted cash. He was in a bad mood, and when I asked for a private lunch, I was treated worse than any other hotel in Turkey.

It was clean and the staff were welcoming, but the parking spots are usually taken at night and generally full.

The hotel is in a fantastic spot with markets, restaurants, and everything around. However, the room had no toiletries—only wall‑mounted liquid soap and shampoo. At this price, at least toiletries should be provided. Cleaning was disappointing; the inside of the glasses was spotted. Mosquitoes didn’t let me sleep. Anyone going there should bring insect repellent.

Great location! Beautiful area, walking distance to the arena, markets and restaurants nearby! Great staff—very friendly and helpful, active all 24 hours. Cleanliness was on point! We left the room briefly and when we returned it was super clean and felt brand new. The balcony was nice, the bed comfortable, the bathroom great—essential since I visited with my pregnant wife! A big plus that the room had a prayer rug. I’ve saved this hotel for future visits.
