1. The bathroom is not very modern; it lacks a shower head, a sink, and only has a storage tank and a bucket, raising cleanliness concerns. 2. The room is next to a main road, and at night trucks cause vibrations and loud noise, making it impossible to sleep well. 3. Staff and children also stay here, and sometimes it gets a bit noisy.

The boss is nice and helpful, but you have to contact him via WhatsApp since he doesn’t live in the homestay. He helped me arrange a shared transport to Cemoro Lawang, which is comfortable and affordable. The homestay sits on the roadside, so it’s noisy all night; trucks shake the room and I couldn’t sleep at all. They only provide a cold bucket shower, and the homestay doesn’t look like it does in the pictures.

It’s decent for a transit spot with AC, but the location on the edge of a logistics route means huge trucks pass by, shaking the room and ruining sleep quality.
