I am a regular here. I got the usual cheerful helpful staff, a great room and good food. I am partially sighted so the fashionable low level lighting in the room is uncomfortable. (Probably fine for normal people)

room was adequate for a single traveler. location was really great. atmosphere was good. breakfast was not included

A spacious 2 bedroom apartment for our family of 5 was the perfect place to sign off our final night in Europe! Convenient location to Paddington Station and bus to Oxford St for final shopping. Host very accomodating with luggage and ensuring we had all we needed. Nice homely touches throughout the apartment!. Nothing bad to say!
