The room had no TV, was small, the fridge was shared in the common lounge, there was no washer or dryer, the dryer was broken, and the two‑person room was not suitable for families.

The stay was comfortable, but I didn’t see any extra amenities.

The place had a great spot right in front for diving and snorkeling, and the common area was nice with a fridge, microwave, free water, and air conditioning. The outdoor space was also lovely, offering several spots to relax and a place to hang clothes and do light washing—handy for cleaning scuba gear. One staff member was very friendly and helped us set up the TV for a football match. We booked a double room with a private shower, but the window was tiny and made the room feel dark. Our bedsheet had a small stain, and the bed cushion looked dirty. Initially, the staff weren’t very friendly, but they warmed up later; one was nice to me, but the rest of my group felt they received no assistance. When a friend was injured, we asked for transport to the ferry pier, which is only a 10‑15 minute drive away. Since there were no taxis on Green Island, we had no other option. The hotel charged NT$500 for the ride, which felt unreasonable for such a short trip. They didn’t send a dedicated vehicle; our friend rode in the hotel’s baggage delivery vehicle that already had extra space and was heading to the same drop‑off point near the pier to deliver guests’ luggage. We understood we had to pay for the service, but NT$500 for a seat in an already scheduled baggage run seemed excessive, especially with no alternative transport available.
