The location was good for the event we attended, but the place was not clean: when we opened the bed there were black dots, the towel had a hole as did the duvet, and communication with the staff was almost non‑existent.

Service was very disappointing, with issues in amenities, cleanliness, etc.

“Buen lugar para estar si debes moverte cerca, la comodidad nos encantó.”

The rooms are very well sized, comfortable, and clean, as is the rest of the stay. However, there are time restrictions and an extra charge for pool use after 12 pm, and the mosquito net in our room (5) was not functional.

The place is super easy to get to, the facilities are kept in great shape and comfy, all services are available, and the host's friendliness is unmatched.
