The hotel was very enthusiastic, cheerful and helpful, especially since it’s close to the center for easy travel. The room was clean and spacious, and I’ll stay there again.

The room was airy but damp, with water leaking from the toilet; the entrance was cluttered, the reception was not staffed, and no assistance was offered to guests.

I arrived after 1 am and was told the hotel had no rooms left, even though I was standing at the entrance and they wouldn’t let me in; the staff’s tone was extremely rude and the reception was harsh.
