“לא פחות מחוויה מושלמת”
Anis and her husband were charming; we connected from the moment we met. As she originally came from Ukraine, she reminded me of my grandmother’s stories from the “kolkhoz.” In the evening we went to a pasture to milk a cow, drank the milk, and ate the cheeses made from it, as well as the butter. The cheese was used for the morning filling of the “chinakal.” Beyond all that, the warm hospitality, the broad‑heartedness, and the village atmosphere were an authentically Georgian experience. I’m truly excited to write these words. We really connected and will definitely return. In the evening we were a bit hungry but had no problem joining dinner. They enjoyed the children as grandchildren, and we enjoyed them like grandparents.
