The room is a smoking‑allowed space equipped with air‑conditioning and heating. It contains one double bed for two guests and includes a seating area with an electric kettle. The private bathroom offers a shower, hairdryer, free toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, while a flat‑screen TV with streaming services provides entertainment.
“旅に慣れてる人なら困らないかも?”
The bed was comfortable, but the air‑conditioner was hard to locate. Because I checked in late at night, I arrived at the room to find the door ajar; traveling alone, I had to peek inside to make sure nobody was there, which was unsettling. I would have felt safer if the door had been closed. I was handed a card key without any explanation, which added to my worry.
The location was great and the place was clean.
“Perfectly fine base from which to explore (make sure you bring a train ticket!!)”
The place grew on me after I got used to life in Seoul. I’m not the most demanding traveler (okay, I am a little), but the initial annoyance faded after a good night’s sleep and a coffee. The room was very comfortable and had everything a young guy would want! The hotel is hip. There’s nothing the hotel could have done better, but I wish I’d understood Seoul’s geography better— the hotel is about a 30‑minute train ride from central Seoul, yet the neighborhood has charm and plenty of amenities.
The staff are awesome and helpful, going out of their way to make you feel comfortable and ensuring your stay is as lovely as possible. They always clean your room, and the laundry service is excellent. The coffee is nice too.
“A nice stay in an inexpensive place.”
The hotel is interesting, super clean, and the staff go out of their way to help. It’s cheap and conveniently located if you’re visiting your child at SNU. The owner is very helpful. One staff member was quite surly, but he was the only one. The venue feels a bit quirky, yet the nice staff make up for it.
