“Odradzam”

I don’t know. Despite booking three weeks in advance and asking the hotel about my arrival time, they immediately replied after I arrived around 1 a.m. At night we heard there was overbooking. The explanation lasted an hour and a half with negative consequences. The hotel ordered taxis for us, which they were supposed to pay for, but in the end we had to pay for the taxis. We were supposed to stay at a hotel 300 m away called Plaza, but they took us 3 km further to a place of much lower quality.

Location is top; all facilities are present but dated. The glory has faded.

“Iconic building, needs some investment to modernise.”

Great location, iconic building. We tried to check in 40 minutes before the official time and were told our room wasn’t ready without even asking for any of our details. Ten minutes later two couples were allowed to check in, so we tried with a different person and it was fine, no issues. The facilities are really outdated and need a good investment. Wifi was also quite bad overall.

Location. Breakfast was overcrowded; there were no seats, the food and cutlery were not replenished at all, and the staff gave no guidance. When I asked where the glasses were, the answer was a flat “no.” I had to find them myself. The staff felt like a previous era of Russian quality.
