The hotel was cozy, clean, and modern, with a prime location right next to a subway station, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the balcony door of my booked room was broken and left slightly ajar, preventing me from closing it fully; the staff promised it would be fixed the next day, but that never happened, so I slept with the door half open for all three nights, exposing me to traffic noise, which was very uncomfortable and disappointing.

The location was convenient with easy access to the city centre: a 10‑minute metro ride, 15‑minute bus, or 40‑minute walk. A direct train or metro from the airport to Sants station puts the hotel only a 5‑minute walk away. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby, and I found no negatives.

“Our stay at Via Sants was fantastic.”

The whole experience was awesome. The facility was clean and cheerful, our room was spacious and well‑appointed, and the breakfast buffet was extensive. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, especially Jessica, who was patient, knowledgeable, and treated us like a trusted friend; her restaurant recommendations were spot on. I wish every hotel had someone like her. Visiting Barcelona was fantastic, and the Via Sants stay added to that experience.

The location is perfect thanks to the Estació Sants transport hub, and Camp Nou is very accessible.
