“Decent”
The location was fine, but when we arrived the bed had no comforter or blanket, the TV kept buffering and the channels flickered on and off, and the pool closed too early and opened too late.

The location was great, but the air conditioner in the room didn’t work well and the room stayed warm all day.

The staff were amazingly friendly and went above and beyond to make my daughter and me feel welcome and comfortable during our very short stay.

I didn’t like that you didn’t accommodate my stay; I had to pay and it took all of my vacation day to learn that you never booked my room. Not happy.

The location is close to many stores and restaurants, but the room wasn’t ready at check‑in time, though it was a very busy weekend.
