The room was roomy with a stunning river view, recently renovated to blend classic and modern. Parking was available at the nearby bar, and the owner was very courteous.

Without air conditioning the heat was unbearable. Getting to the house was hard and risky for kids because the road had no sidewalk and cars drove at high speed.

The river view was nice, and the rooms were decorated with plenty of original art, which we liked. We missed small touches like glasses or bottled water, no way to chill drinks, and no air conditioning. Breakfast wasn’t included, so we had to look for a place in town.
