“Lovely and Calm”

We arrived here exhausted—just finished an overnight train, had an unexpected hospital visit, and had already changed hotels once because the first place didn’t suit us. Then we got here and honestly, it was such a dream. The whole energy of our family lifted the moment we walked into the room. The owners were incredibly lovely from the start. The room itself was beautiful and welcoming, with gorgeous teak furniture and really comfortable beds. There was a little seating area just outside where we painted in the garden space, and in the evenings, once the kids were asleep, we just sat there, quiet and peaceful. It was well placed too—close to a night market with great food options, making evenings easy. Breakfast was tasty, and they even brought out food for our baby without us asking, which was such a lovely touch. We arrived completely worn out and left feeling restored. Honestly one of the best stays of our whole trip.
