Rooms were ok. Staff ok. Lift very dangerous.Not serviced since long.Door sensors were not working. 1 person enters and the doors suddenly closes. Lifts noisy too. Property work still incomplete. No kettle in the room. Having been to other Byke properties am totally disappointed

The spot was convenient and the vibe and pool were nice, but the place was huge with very little used space; the studio rooms sat at a deserted end with no service access and looked haunted. We upgraded after seeing the layout. Breakfast options were very limited, service was slow, and at the poolside there was no music or towels.

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, making my stay quite enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the service provided by the front office staff and housekeeping, which fell short of my expectations.

The only redeeming quality of my stay was the hotel's prime location. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by poor hospitality, inexperienced staff, and several amenities that were not provided or not functioning, such as towels and a working ceiling fan.
