It’s a great spot to relax and enjoy, with all the comforts you need; you’ll have an awesome time, and the fireplace, kitchen, and tent are all in excellent condition. A quick sweep of the furniture to remove some spider webs would be nice, understandable for a natural setting, but occasional upkeep would be great.

The place is amazing and very private, but that same privacy also makes it hard to enjoy the forest, which is part of its charm.
