The room was beautiful, almost like an apartment with a Fuji view. The hotel is surrounded by nature, making it perfect for a day trip and very relaxing. The restaurant offered an exceptional selection and we ate very well. They made a great effort to accommodate all guests. Cleanliness was excellent, the onsen was clean and efficient, and the services were above four‑star level. It’s a 15‑minute drive from the main attractions in the area.

I expected a quiet stay with family, especially with many small children, but that wasn’t communicated. Dinner reservations were unavailable, the parking lot could have been brighter, and it got scary at dusk. It was quite different from what I had imagined.

The meals were good, the shuttle bus was convenient, and the bath access was helpful. I would have preferred a bed; pulling the futon myself was a bit tiring. I couldn’t use my phone for email, probably due to signal issues. When I tried to book the shuttle bus, the hotel told me to book online instead of through them, and I struggled to find a working reservation site, eventually giving up. On the day of the tour, I called the hotel at the tourist office and they booked it immediately. I’m not sure why that happened. I was happy to ride the bus, but the booking process should have been simpler. At the front desk I asked for directions, transportation, and transfer advice for sightseeing, but they didn’t provide any information, which seemed like a lack of knowledge. Even though many guests drive, there are also public‑transport users, and I wish the staff would be more helpful.

1．チェックイン前に到着してしまいましたが、快く仮受付をしてくださり、案内もわかりやすく最初から好印象でスタート。 2．食事は夕食も朝食もバイキングでしたが、ダイニング料理は丁寧に出してくださりとても満足しました。（満腹となり、夜食は残念ながら食べられず）。 3．部屋も広く清潔で、気持ちよく過ごせました。 4．駐車場も台数を多く確保しており、安心して止められました。 5．子供連れの家族も多かったですが、キッズ・パークや子供用アメニティなどよく気配りされており、私たち老夫婦から見ても若いご家族が楽しんでいる様子が微笑ましく感じられました。. （強いて言えば）外出から帰って時に、夜でかつ雨だったせいもあるが、第二駐車場（奥）の照明がもう少し明るいか、あるいは停車線がもう少し明確だったらよかった。車の停車線がよくわからず、雨中に外に出て確認しなければならなかった。
