The room was spacious, cooled by air‑conditioning and the bed was comfortable. The location was also perfect – the historic centre was within walking distance and the metro for longer trips was just outside the door. The staff were very helpful and easy to reach.
The accommodation is very well located in an area between the port and the centre. The room is spacious. Federica’s service has been excellent, answering all our questions at all times. Recommended.

The location is 5‑7 minutes walk from all the big attractions in Naples. There was mold on the bathroom door, and on day 3 I discovered large yellow/brown spots on new towels we received that day; this repeated itself, so it must have been happening all along. At check‑in we were in the room 2 minutes before we left, and when we came back to put things in the fridge we found there was no fridge in the room. I sent a message to the host, who told me it would be fixed the next day. It wasn’t fixed, and after nagging I was told I should have informed her while she was there at check‑in. On day 3 without a fridge we were told it would be fixed in a few hours, but when we returned in the afternoon there was still no fridge. The room was otherwise open and we had locked it. I mentioned it again and the fridge finally arrived. Cleaning was okay.
