The breakfast was superb, but we had to wander down endless corridors with stairs just to reach our room; the room turned out to be a single instead of the double we had booked, more like an apartment, with a view of a backyard where all the ventilation ducts were visible, the window wouldn’t open because it smelled of food, and it seems we were given the worst room because we booked with the exception.
