The spot is fantastic, just a ten‑minute walk from Diocletian Palace and surrounded by great restaurants and Konobas. The manager helped my wife up a flight of steps with her suitcase. Though the building’s exterior looks old, the interior feels modern. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the shared kitchen had basic equipment. It’s ideal for a short stay.

“If you want goid location is very recommended”

The spot is right in the center with restaurants and bars nearby; the room was tidy and clean, and there’s a shared kitchen if you need it. We stayed only one night, but it’s a very convenient choice—just a few minutes from the bus station. Everything was good; we only stayed one night.

“Great place to stay in Split.”

Walking distance from port. Lovely eating area with lots of choices 20 metres from the front door. Hosts friendly and helpful - let us check in early as arrived from the train. Helped us with luggage up the stairs and offered to store luggage at end but we ended up not needing that. Rooms right bear the Esplanade and action but in a quiet street so perfect. Not fault of rooms but the GPS didn’t keep up and it took a while to find as the Riva Rooms sign was really small

“Modern facilities in a lovely old building”

Great location very close to everything. The host was very kind and let us check in early. The room was quite big and the bathroom modern and spacious. Supermarket and laundrette just outside. Probably the best apartment/room we stayed in during our 3 weeks in Croatia. Nothing
