I couldn't show up because of two walking problems, so I lost a good weekend; I have a good customer and have been with you for 4 years, so I’d appreciate a refund or partial refund as I will still use you again. Thanks, Colin. No feedback from the hotel.
“Dirty”
The beds didn’t have mattress protectors, so the mattresses were VERY stained. The room and carpet were dirty and the bathroom smelled of bad drains. It was unclean.
“Excellent”
Great place central to everything.
“Great hotel”
The location was very very good and close to the front; it was fantastic. There was nothing to complain about, it was a brilliant stay and I will be going back.
“Nice hotel. Near to everything. Clean. Friendly staff.”
