“Heerlijk verblijf op wijnlandgoed”
Fantastic stay at a wine estate. We had a two‑room apartment separate from the main building, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The grounds are gorgeous and we can imagine it being lovely to spend time by the pool when the weather is warmer. The breakfast consists of a tasty buffet with fresh products. As a base for visiting San Giminagno, Siena or other places it’s perfect. Tip: San Gimignano is also busy out of season, so go right after breakfast and the town is still nice and quiet. A car is a necessity for this location and outside breakfast there’s nothing to get. So bring drinks and food you think you’ll need in advance. Our apartment had a kitchen with a gas stove. Coffee only with an Italian coffee maker that you set on gas. (Filter coffee needed) We really enjoyed this place. Before arrival the host sends clear messages with the necessary information, including a video for self‑check‑in if applicable. Nothing at all. For longer stays a bench or comfortable chair in the living room would be nice. And for short‑term travelers a coffee machine with a few cups on the house would be great.
