The in‑room facilities were good, but we missed breakfast by 30 minutes and they did not provide it in our room; the room was also small compared to the picture.

Breakfast was good, and the staff behavior was very good; Sujeet from Housekeeping was very supportive in arranging all the housekeeping stuff and making the room ready.

24 × 7 check‑in was supported at the property and the staff were friendly; however, the location is not favourable and it takes time to locate it; the aesthetics of the hotel, including the carpets, doors and rooms, could be looked into given the brand associated with the hotel.

The place was clean, but the AC in my room kept failing; I had to call a technician each time, and the locker was broken too. I asked the front desk to move me, they promised it, but nothing changed, which was disappointing given the room rate.
