The staff were nice. The villa with a private pool was clean and well maintained, but the rest of the property was mediocre. Breakfast was monotonous and weak, lunch and dinner were average. A major drawback was the lack of a playground and a beach tunnel that were advertised. Overall it didn’t meet our expectations, and we won’t come back.

The pool area was lovely, the location was great, and the staff were friendly. The food and drinks could have been better, and the room cleaning could use some improvement.

A major drawback was the lack of a playground and a beach tunnel that were advertised. Overall it didn’t meet our expectations, and we won’t come back.

I want to single out Eva from the front desk, the animation team really pulls out all the stops, and Evi from the spa—everyone was incredibly friendly. The building feels old and neglected, the mattresses my kids slept on were disgusting, the vending machines were broken, and the photos on Booking are outdated. Wi‑Fi never worked in our room and there was no rack to hang our swimsuits.
