“Precioso lugar y vistas”

The location was excellent, the place is beautiful with a nice view. The beds were smaller than a full-size bed in a double room, so if two people share it they'll be very close. I requested a crib when booking through the app and they neither answered nor offered one at check‑in, even though we had a baby. Parking is a mess: if you have QuickPass you’re automatically charged and it’s not returned; you must remove the QuickPass when entering and ask in the lobby to seal the paper each time you leave, which is a real nuisance. They should provide a QR paper or something to identify guest cars. A hotel of such high category and price shouldn’t be so tangled over basic parking; the idea is a comfortable stay, not to bother guests with such things.

“Fuera de ese par de situaciones circunstanciales la distancia siempre es de gran nivel”

I’ve always liked this hotel. This time, two things stood out. First, I booked a room for two adults and a two‑year‑old child, and the room they gave had a balcony. That’s not advisable because a child that age can easily move a chair, climb up, and fall off. Second, there was a fire alarm because someone was smoking inside. The situation wasn’t handled well; the alarm kept going off repeatedly, causing real panic and uncertainty among guests—some didn’t leave, some did, and there was no real coordination.

The view was excellent, the service was very good. Nothing major, but I got a second discount from Booking and the hotel couldn’t explain it. The bank said it was the hotel, the hotel said it was Booking; nothing was resolved and I couldn’t reach Booking anyway.

The dinner was good, but my partner left a hair straightener in the room and it never turned up again.
