Nothing. Staff x kat situ, bila call lepas 8.00pm tak jawab jika ada emergency dan malam tu blackout agak lama juga. Esok dahla nak g convo anak semua orang tido tak cukup penat tau tak bila black out ni, nak tido macam mana panassssss. Sistem check in dan outvyangvtak mesra alam. Benci

I didn’t like it at all. The instructions were unclear, there was no receptionist, and no one answered when I called. The person who texted me to check out was rude. Everything else was bad, and a hotel that can afford a pool can’t afford an elevator. I would have rated it higher if the customer care hadn’t been so awful—her name is Haida. Please give clear instructions next time.
