I booked a room for my son, but he received a small room instead of the spacious one I had reserved for him. I had booked the large room so he could dry all his wet camping gear during the motorcycle trip.

We got the huge back‑wing room that easily fit our family of seven, and the front terrace with mountain views, a hammock and a few chairs was perfect for early‑morning coffee while the kids slept. The coffee‑maker left a nice little touch, and the scenery from the back rooms is beautiful year‑round, especially in winter.

The hotel sits right by a bus stop and only about a five‑minute walk from the train station, so getting around was a breeze. A pleasant surprise was finding a kettle, tea and coffee already set up on the nightstand. The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t included in our reservation.
