The value for money remains unbeatable! This was my second visit after staying at the end of last year, and I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days this time. I’ve gotten to know the neighborhood better and enjoyed it even more than before, so I’ll definitely come back. No complaints.

The property matched the pictures exactly, and a 24‑hour supermarket was right next door, which was super handy. Getting to the subway was a straight‑line walk. The dryer didn’t do a great job, so we had to hang clothes to dry, which was fine but time‑consuming. The instructions for sorting trash were still confusing; as overseas visitors we weren’t sure how to dispose of everything properly.

The house felt like home, and the host was attentive and caring. All the utensils and basic cooking ingredients were available. The host even offered two bicycles, which is rare in Japan, but we couldn’t use them because our stay was short. The property is 1 km from the nearest subway or train, about a 15‑minute walk, and there’s a bus stop about 100 m away that we also used. By public transport (plus walking) it’s roughly 25–30 minutes to Namba, Dotonbori, and Tennoji, and a bit longer to Osaka Castle. I’d book again if I visit Osaka. The only suggestion is that items owned by the staff could be removed to free up space in the house.

The cleaning was thorough and the house was cared for. It was beautiful and very Japanese, giving us a full experience of living there. My husband, our two little daughters, and I stayed for 15 days and it was wonderful. We felt at home and will definitely return, especially since we run the websites todosobrejapon.es and viajarajaponenfamilia.com where we talk about Japan and still have a lot to discover in Osaka. We also liked that it’s a 5‑minute walk to the Korean neighborhood where we tried street food every day. A bus line is a 2‑minute walk away, which is convenient. The beds were comfortable and spacious, and there was a sofa and a TV in the room. A Wii was also there, which my daughters loved. 100 % recommended from our experience (we’ve stayed in hundreds of places in the last 18 trips to this amazing country we love). The only minor issue was having to go down the stairs at night to use the bathroom, but that’s nothing major.
