The people who attended us were friendly and caring, creating a warm, family‑like atmosphere. The breakfast was incredible. The beds and heating were problematic: the second bed was small and uncomfortable, the room and overall place were cold, and the in‑room coffee maker forces you to get up at night to keep the coffee hot, disrupting sleep.

The spot, surroundings and facilities were all great, but the wood‑burning heater went out twice and after that I couldn’t get it working again, leaving me freezing with no one available to help at that hour. I arrived an hour early—check‑in is at 3 pm—but there was no one else around, and it wouldn’t have been a problem to hand over the room a bit sooner. The breakfast didn’t live up to the price I paid for the hotel.

The place is gorgeous, and the staff are wonderful; I just can’t wait to return! It’s close to Coyhaique, but stepping inside feels like entering a silent, peaceful oasis. Everything was perfect, nothing to improve.

We loved everything. The hosts are amazing people who love travelers, and their lodge and their job. We felt taken care of all the time. Recommend it 100 %—an authentic experience in Patagonia with amazing food and help organizing trips and transportation. Thanks again and greetings from Lithuania.
