The air‑con cooled quickly, and the bed was comfortable, but the shower room was incredibly small, the TV didn’t work, the place looked nothing like the photos, and the value was low for the price.

I was already at the property with my family when they cancelled our reservation, claiming OYO had misrepresented them. OYO apparently lets scammers stay on their platform—just a bunch of scammers that take your money and leave you stuck with a place that cancels you. Never book through OYO; they’ll rip you off and cause hassle when you arrive.

The location was close enough to the venue we needed to attend, and security was tight—only guests on the list could enter. However, food was not available during the wee hours.
