The staff were very attentive, responded quickly via WhatsApp and gave us all the support we needed; the place was well‑organized and spotless, facing the park's entrance and just across the highway. Breakfast offered many options and the menu varied every day – we loved it!

Breakfast, location, and the staff's friendliness were great, and they were very helpful trying to fix the shower that wouldn’t heat up, though they didn’t calm down until the issue was resolved. The boilers weren’t heating the bathroom water, which disrupted our plans a bit because we had to move to another room to shower in the only working electric shower; the problem was fixed in 24 hours.

The lodge has top‑class, modern facilities, free parking for guests, a superb breakfast, and a dining room that can be used for snacks—like ordering delivery at night. It’s very close to Beto Carrero World, and the front desk and kitchen staff were extremely helpful; my wife and I stayed for two days and loved it! I recommend it 100 %. Everything was fine.

The location and the receptionist’s service were good. The room smelled like mold. They said it was from the air‑conditioning product, but even with the windows open the odor didn’t go away and it was unmistakably mold for us.
