Muy buenas y cómodas instalaciones, el personal muy amable, el desayuno bastante variado. Uno de los días había un corte de luz programado pero el hotel informo con anticipación para tomar las precauciones del caso

The staff were amazing—everyone was so nice and helpful. The food was good, and they even offered gluten‑free items, which most hotels don’t have. Thank you!!! On the downside, the shower in my room didn’t work, so I had to move to another room to shower. I also had an issue with the thermostat, and I think Jose was the one who helped me since no maintenance staff were available.

I can’t complain about the cleanliness. However, it was overpriced with hidden facility costs, noisy icemaker outside the room, and staff who really don’t care.
