We had a bit of a rocky start at this hotel - they didn't seem to have our reservation on file. Luckily, the staff were friendly and sorted it out for us. It was a good job they did, because the hotel itself was nice enough. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great.

I was really impressed by the location of this place - it's situated at the highest point in the Kuri Village, offering breathtaking views from the dining hall and the property itself. The staff were incredibly friendly and understanding, making me feel right at home. The only downside was that the views were so great, I found myself spending too much time gazing out at the scenery and not enough time exploring the rest of the village.

The staff here are absolute gems - super friendly and willing to help with anything. The food is also seriously impressive, with some of the best dishes I've had at a hotel. Unfortunately, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, with maintenance issues like a missing toilet seat, unwashed water glasses, and leaky pipes. It's a shame, because with a bit of TLC, this place could be really great.
