The place was very quiet, centrally located, and parking was easy to find thanks to an app. Leverano is well served and offers a lot. The high windows made the room look a bit like a bunker. On the first day the hot water was forgotten, the room was cold, and they forgot to provide an extra blanket from the start. Unfortunately I found a cockroach in the room even though it was otherwise very clean.

The building is modern and clean, and it sits in a strategic spot just 2 minutes on foot from Leverano’s center (the village festival from 16 to 18 August is really nice) and 15 minutes by car from Porto Cesareo. My only worry was parking, but it’s easy to find on the street and costs only €0.70 per hour on weekdays from 08:30‑13:00 and 16:00‑21:00, and using EasyPark makes setting the meter simple and cheap. There are only two rooms, both spacious, independent, and with private bathrooms. The shared kitchen is very convenient, with fridge/freezer, induction hob, utensils, microwave, and a coffee machine with pods. The owner is always available. I recommend it!

The room was spacious and well kept, with a large balcony. The location is very convenient for reaching the beaches and for strolling around Leverano’s center.
