Even though the office was closed, the lady on the phone was helpful and nice. We stayed in the small stand‑alone cabin #14, which really needs a full renovation: the carpet is ancient and stained, there are cracks everywhere, the paint looks 20 years old, the bathroom is patched with caulking, the shower back wall is held by drywall screws, and even the towels have holes. You can do better.

I was very disappointed. The room was dirty—dust on the furniture, floors clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The staff were rude and uninterested in helping. At check‑in they demanded my credit card details and the security code. When I refused to give the security number, they dumped our belongings outside while we were in the store. It does not match the description at all. I would not recommend this hotel.

The rooms are not air‑conditioned, the facilities are in bad shape, the door latch is almost broken, the floor and carpet are in poor condition, and there are strong unpleasant odors. The only good thing is that the beds are clean and in good condition.
