There were alive insect. Bedsheet was dirty and the carpet was dirty. We cancelled but the owner did not give us our money back. Instead, she argued with me for 2 hours. Also, she did not mentioned that it was in basement. If the owner mentioned it, we would not have booked it. 0/10. I still want to take my money but she would not respond any of my emails
