The staff were really helpful and welcoming, the location was good, and the food was nice. The hotel needs some TLC; it felt a bit unkempt in places. The shower wouldn’t get hot, and the bathroom taps were too powerful so every time you turned them on you got splashed 🤦♀️

The location was great, ideally placed to access all local areas. The spa was great, clean, and relaxing. The food was lovely. The staff were so polite and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a decent view. The heating didn’t work, so it was a tad chilly early in the morning and late in the evening.

The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed and happy, the grounds were beautiful, the spa was lovely, the room was great, there was a pool table, and breakfast was good. The only issue was that the steam room was out of order on our second day.

A special thank you to Lucia who did a great job at cleaning the rooms. We left a small tip because we didn’t have more cash, but we want to highlight how thankful we were for her work! :)

The location makes this hotel extra special and has been part of my life for over 60 years. The bathroom has yet to be upgraded
