* Breakfast * Quiet * Requested and received extra bed sheet * Spacious room with good natural light * steam room, sauna and hot tub * bathrobes * Exercise room. Only three hangers per person in closet; we requested more but did not get any Electric outlet next to bed already full with plugs - we needed one for CPAP machine; had to go to hardware store to buy 3-in-1 adapter because hotel would not provide one room has a heater and a heat pump. They did not explain how to use them individually or together. So I had the heat pump set to cold at night, but the heat was on at the same time, and I couldn’t figure out how to turn it down. No place to store clothes. We requested a second suitcase holder, but did not get one. So I had to leave my clothes in the suitcase on the floor, because there’s no place to store clothes in drawers. Girl at front desk knows almost nothing when we ask her questions

Chambre jolie, belle vue et équipement suffisant pour se faire une boisson chaude. Les chambres et la literie sont propres,le balcon est sympathique. Peignoirs a disposition c'est super pour descendre au SPA, et la douche à jets etait agréable. Le spa est bien et propre. Petit déjeuner vraiment sommaire pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Pas de produit locaux, pas de produits canadien. (Pas de sirop d'érable et la dame me dit que cela n'a rien de surprenant, que je peux en trouver dans les boutiques à côté mais qu'eux n'en ont pas). J'ai envoyé plusieurs mails à l'hôtel avant notre arrivée pour réserver un massage mais je suis resté sans réponse. Lorsque j'ai voulu les réserver à l'accueil on m'a dit qu'il fallait réserver en avance. donc je n'ai pas pu accéder au message. J'ai oublié ma carte bleue là-bas idem je n'ai jamais eu de réponse de leur part lorsque j'ai essayé de les contacter
