They were facilitators, helping us with everything; the receptionist Húng was kind throughout, but the place could be a bit cleaner.

The transport is very convenient—you can rent a motorcycle from the shop; when the bike had minor issues, the staff fixed them quickly and efficiently, and across from the hotel is the best restaurant on the island.

We booked this hotel last minute after a problem at our original accommodation; the staff were polite and helped us check in early after a long sleeper bus trip, the facilities were great, the hotel was clean and well‑located, breakfast was fresh and nice, and I would definitely stay again.
