The hotel's location was a major plus, right in the heart of the city. However, my experience was marred by a few issues - the bed sheets were dirty, which was a major turn-off. I had to visit the reception multiple times to get some basic toiletries, but even then, they only gave me soap and not a towel. It was frustrating to have to keep asking for something as simple as a towel.
