The reception and bar set the tone of the hotel, calm and detail‑oriented, making the stay enjoyable. The room was stylish, quiet, and comfortable. We also tried the spa and massages, which made the experience even better. A small suggestion: turn on the hammam before guests arrive, especially when appointments are booked in advance. The pool water is a bit cool.

The spot is perfect for exploring the center. The reception was mediocre, and I couldn’t use the spa after a 6‑hour drive because I had to book it in advance—something I should have known. Plus, they charge €20 to reserve a parking spot in front of the hotel when there’s free street parking all along the road, which isn’t very honest.

A charming hotel with classic, refined décor. The spa is nice and well‑located in Brive la Gaillarde. The pool water is a bit too cold to fully enjoy the jets.

The hotel sits right in the city centre, the bedding is top‑quality, and the bar and breakfast lounge are beautifully decorated; the breakfast itself features high‑quality items. The only downside is that there are just two parking spaces and the bathroom has only one toilet.
