Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
I arrived to a dirty room with windows overlooking a balcony‑laundry area covered in trash, and the shower hose literally exploded in my hands. After moving to another room, the shower head was missing, the chair was cracked, and the AC remote was broken.

The place smelled overwhelmingly like smoke. The shower was stale, but the bed was fine. The staff were very friendly. Communication in any language other than Turkish was impossible.

Thanks a lot! Everyone is very kind, especially the front desk staff; Sema is very attentive and helpful. The location is excellent because the area is full of businesses, so thanks to MAHAL Hotel I felt great.

Very good location near the airport and the coast, but unlikely that I'd stay there again if I need accommodation for more than 1 night only. Overall the facilitiy needs maintenance, everything looks old and not very well handled (especially in the bathroom). The bed was ok but the room smelled horribly of smoke and it didn't go away, not even after leaving the window open all day long. The bathroom had an even worse stink of smoke
