Everything was excellent! The location and breakfast stood out. Receptionists Suly and Iris gave us superb attention and wonderful service, helping with tours and everything else we needed. All staff were very attentive and kind, which made the experience even better. The bed, blanket, and shower were exceptional!

The service, cleanliness, breakfast, and location are all 10/10. Everything was spotless, and the bathroom had a hot shower.

The place sits right next to Plaza de Armas, it’s clean and the staff were very friendly; we spent three nights in room 205, which was acceptable though the sink was tiny, and on the last day we were moved to the newly renovated room 201, which was stylish, had a warm bathroom floor, a large modern sink and a nice bed with comfortable pillows. The breakfast never changed and offered little variety, and the bathroom in the first room was cramped with almost no space on the sink, whereas the upgraded room had plenty of room.

The place is in a great spot, the staff are super friendly, and you can grab an early breakfast package if you’re heading out on a tour; the hotel also offers a laundry facility.
