Beautiful place, great view, the rooms are great, and the staff are amazing (especially Elena who helped us a lot). The spa facilities are not free.

The location was unique and tranquil, and the terrace on the room gave a breathtaking view of Elounda Bay and Spinalonga Island. The hotel is made up of six floors of modern stone buildings that climb a steep hill and are linked by funiculars. Every room has a private pool and sea view. There are three large infinity pools and a fitness centre that stays open 24 hours. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, spotless, and the bedding is excellent. The Greek buffet breakfast is outstanding, and you can also order hot dishes from the morning menu. The staff are very friendly and attentive to children. A free shuttle takes you to the nearest villages, which is convenient even if you arrive by car. The private beach is pebbly, but we knew that before arriving, so it didn’t bother us; we instead went to the nearby sandy beaches. The dinner menu was a bit limited and didn’t quite justify the price.
