I was greeted by Giovanni, who was very helpful when we arrived. The location is great, the room is large, clean, and comfortable. However, we’d appreciate a bar fridge. We stayed over a weekend and the courtyard noise was loud until 6 am, though there was no street noise. The air conditioning didn’t work.

The place is in a great spot, close to the metro station, and you can reach Duomo and other major attractions in 20 minutes. The room was clean and the staff were very attentive. The air conditioning didn’t work, and although the staff responded quickly they couldn’t fix it.

The apartment was amazing. Everything was fine.

The location and staff were great! The room was comfortable, clean, and they replaced our towels. The only downside was that after we returned from a day trip we found our fan missing and the balcony door wide open. We were on a top floor, so it wasn’t a disaster, and the staff replaced the fan later that night because our AC was out. We appreciate the effort.
