The area is very good, the location is quiet, the staff are kind, parking is available, there’s a pool, and breakfast is okay. The room is simple and the bathroom needs renovation.
Everything exceeded my expectations for a guest house; I loved the stay and the amazing breakfast! I’ll definitely come back someday. The bathroom, especially the shower, needs a renovation, but otherwise it was very clean.

The room was spacious with a fridge, the staff were kind, the pool was pretty, security was good, and the location was great. However, having a key for two people isn’t very convenient.

The place was incredibly peaceful, tucked away yet close to the beach and the train station, which was more convenient than driving when heading to Estoril or Cascais. It sits next to a shopping mall and a square packed with restaurants. The room was spacious, breakfast was very full, and the staff were super friendly—Tina and Débora were delightful! Daily cleaning of the common areas and the room was excellent. The pool and gardens were a marvel, and the price‑quality ratio was unbeatable; we’ll definitely return. The only downside was the bathroom, which was very old; I had read about this before, so it didn’t surprise me. I think some rooms have been renovated with new bathrooms, but ours wasn’t one of them, which didn’t bother us since we weren’t looking for luxury and everything else made up for it.
Room 29 really does not have a terrace. The garden area is insanely noisy because of various activities, so privacy is completely out of the question.
