We had booked a three‑night stay and later wanted to add one more night; after discussing the extension rate with the front‑desk staff, he agreed to 1200 per day, yet later he denied ever agreeing to that amount and we ended up paying 1800 because of the urgency. The staff was dishonest, the room had no hot tap water, and despite our complaint no solution was offered, making it a terrible experience.
