שומר מאיר פנים. מיושן, לא נקי, צוות הקבלה טעון שיפור. אכזבה גדולה בהשוואה לאכסניות אחרות שהכרתי. מחיר גבוה ביחס לתמורה

I loved how centrally located the hotel was in Jerusalem.
The location was fine, but we were assigned a medium‑sized room that wasn’t clean. There was a moldy cup in the hallway that seemed untouched for a long time, giving a feeling of neglect.
“היה מעולה מבחינת מיקום . טעון שיפור בכל הקשור למראה החדר.”
The location is simply perfect. Breakfast isn’t perfect but is acceptable, and the staff are helpful and nice. I expected the room to feel more modern, with a pleasant floor, more contemporary tiles in the room and bathrooms. It looks older than a welcoming place. I understand I booked a hostel, but I still expect a bit more than what’s there; we’re in 2026, not 20 years ago. Someone should take this into account. I’ve heard the same from many friends who booked in ANA.
