The room was decent, but the staff—especially in the dining area—were subpar, the restaurant fell below expectations, and the food was served without hot drinks, only black coffee from a pot; the hotel’s location is fine, but it’s not a place I’d return to.

Ich bin schon zum zweiten Mal hier und das Nivau ist immernoch sehr gut. Das ist ein positives zeichen. Auf meine Anfrage 1 Tag vor Anreise wurde sehr zügig und hilfreich geantwortet, so konnte ich mich bestens vorbereiten. Leider war der Schliessmechanismus des Fensters mangelhaft. Das Fenster konnte nicht komplett abdichten. Dies hatte zwar kein grossen negativen einfluss auf meinen Aufenthalt. Man sollte sich aber zeitnah darum kümmern

The location is great, right in the city center near monuments and bars, and the outdoor pool is nice with good food.

The pool was lovely and the room met typical hotel standards, but breakfast was only average, the coffee machine didn’t work and only filtered coffee was available.

The hotel is comfortable with a small outdoor pool perfect for cooling off after a motorcycle trip, and the breakfast offers both sweet and savory options; I parked my motorcycle in the covered entrance, and the staff were very friendly, with no negatives.
