Conveniently located, modern, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary laundry service was a bonus! We would have liked the bathroom to be just a little bigger.

We arrived at the hotel at 3 pm and found that the cleaning crew had only just started, even though the staff had promised a full clean between 11 am and 2 pm; this was a major inconvenience because we were exhausted and wanted to rest, so we had to wait about an hour for the room to be ready. The space was spacious, the rooms were clean, and the location was great.

The place felt like a large apartment suitable for big families; we booked a unit with three bedrooms, private beds and two bathrooms, all spotless and spacious. The location wasn’t great—far from restaurants and shops whose smells lingered unpleasantly—but the staff were very friendly, even if their English was limited, and they arranged a translator or chat‑GPT when needed. On the last day the bathroom’s shower leaked onto the lounge, which was the worst part, and overall I wasn’t happy with the price for four nights; if you rely on hotel‑provided items rather than bringing your own, you’ll be disappointed. I’d heard good things about a larger apartment on the sixth floor, which is why I booked, but I won’t return.
