“Beautiful hotel, I would stay here again. The rating definitely should be higher than it is now”

The hotel’s location is fantastic: first‑line beach with sandy shore, no rocks, clean, with comfortable chaise lounges and umbrellas; a 15‑20 minute walk to the city center. The grounds, restaurant, and rooms are beautiful, and breakfast is consistently good. Despite reviews about nightclub noise, I heard nothing during my Friday and Saturday nights. The room was dry and odor‑free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms look a bit scary: white and grey marble was painted with peeling grey paint. A small issue with lights and electricity was fixed quickly by a handyman. Air circulation is odd on the top floor where the double bed for four people is; there’s no airflow at all.

I always book this hotel whenever I’m in Side because it’s an amazing place. The value for money is unbeatable, everything is excellent—cleanliness, service, staff, the condition of the accommodation, and the comfort of the rooms. The hotel manager is especially helpful and courteous, fulfilling every request in no time. The beach stretch right outside the hotel’s door is simply superb, with solid‑wood loungers and the most comfortable cushions I’ve ever had. It’s the best spot for swimming, sunbathing, and relaxing. The NUA Restaurant & Bar that belongs to the hotel is also outstanding; the food and drinks are tasty and the price‑performance is top. Thanks to all the staff for everything. I recommend this hotel for its highest points in value, comfort, and service, and I’ll definitely come back more often.

“Peaceful one week of stay, in stylish place next to great beach with low quality of property”

The place is very peaceful and calm, with a beautifully decorated inner courtyard. The beach is close and fairly clean, with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas. Breakfast is served in a stylish Gua Restaurant, and the designer’s touch is evident throughout the space. Dinner food is tasty and nicely presented, and the cocktails are also good. On the downside, my child couldn’t find anything suitable for breakfast; a simple fried egg would have been better than hard‑boiled. The bathroom needs a serious update, and in the evening the electricity and internet went out, so it’s unreliable for work. The air conditioning only cools the first floor of the quadruple room; the top level with the king‑size bed stays hot. The towel holder fell off.

This is a wonderful place. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were always ready to help with genuine smiles. The restaurant staff were fantastic too: attentive, friendly, and made every meal feel special. If you’re looking to relax, enjoy good food, and be treated well, this is it. Beautiful beachfront location. The hospitality here is amazing, and the team made us feel so welcome. This resort is perfect for anyone who wants to recharge, eat well, and soak up good vibes by the sea.

The staff were not friendly. The rooms had to be requested for cleaning every day, otherwise they wouldn’t be cleaned. Breakfast was included but was not edible.
